Through the links below, you can access guides translated from the ELTIS library and handbooks developed within the scope of the SUMP Türkiye Project, all designed to support the sustainable urban mobility planning process.
These publications are presented in two categories:
ELTIS Guides:
Originally developed by the European Commission, these core reference materials on sustainable urban mobility planning have been translated into Turkish and adapted to the national context. All sections of each guide are aligned with local needs and ensure consistency in technical terminology.
Handbooks:
Specifically developed within the SUMP Türkiye Project, these handbooks are tailored to the needs of local administrations in Türkiye and provide practical guidance on various thematic areas.
All documents are available in both their original language (English) and in Turkish as bilingual publications. The list will be updated regularly as translation and publication processes are completed.
